Okay, we need this kind of dumbed down beyond belief. We have read the manual, for both the water heater and the RV and cannot figure this thing out! 

 

We are not that savvy to what we need to be doing. 

 

How do we get the water heated all started and what do we need to do to get it to work. We have a retro 189R and the dealership failed to teach us that one component. 

 

If you could explain this to us in a way we could understand, well, we’d greatly appreciate it.
