We don’t have our trailer yet and I’ve looked online a lot, but can’t see a place where people regularly hang their tv in the unit…I’m guessing maybe above the closet next to the door? Or at the end of the cabinet facing the bed on one side or another? I want to get a small tv and put it on a swing arm, probably taking it out to travel…thanks for any info or pix:) Sally

Sally,

We just mounted a 19″ TV in our 189R. We put it on the end of the cabinet by the bed, where the antenna connection is. With the swing arm you can watch it from the bed or the dinette. We mounted the arm out near the front edge of the cabinet where the wood is thicker. That also lets the tv fold back into place without hitting the sidewall. Get an arm made for RV applications that will lock into place when not in use.

Hi Mike, do you happen to have any pictures of your TV mounting.  We too just got a 189R and will be picking it up next week and was wondering how to mount a TV.  I notice the cabinet where you mounted yours has a sticker on it that says mount TV backing here

Mike, Thank  you so much.  That is exactly the information I need to mount a TV just like you did in the same place.  Thanks so much.  Now out to find the a same size TV and a similar mounting arm.
