When we picked up our Retro 177SE it came with mini blinds… the first thing to go! I made curtains all around and a couple of matching placemats. I also made a bag to hold plastic grocery bags for trash and travels on the dinette seat to look like a pillow

Good Job. They look great! The placemats are a really nice touch.

Love the curtains and placemats! I hate blinds too! My Riverside White Water Retro came with curtains that will do for now. Maybe if and when they start to wear I can swap them out.

Oh very nice !!!! I can’t wait to get rid of the blinds and put curtains in, makes it more comfy. I did take out the bed spread, can’t do all of that retro stuff… hahhaaha. I actually was born in the 60’s and grew up in the 70’s. Iowen34 what did you use to keep curtains up? one of those expandable rods? My mom is a great sew’er and can make curtains for me.

I love your curtains! I am not a sewer but want to have curtains made. How much fabric did this take? I found fabric I would like to order but have no idea how much to get. Thanks!!

I do prefer the curtains to the mini blinds. I’ll be doing our décor with some vintage camping items to give the trailer more character and charm.

How did you get the mini blinds out? It looks like there is no clearance inside the wooden valence to remove them.
