Most owners report no major problems with their Retro. There is always an exception.  I would look it over several times for water damage and if they will let you pull it off the lot, deluge it with water and look for drips inside.  Check for any buckling of siding or roofing with bubbles. test the gas stove and heat, test the AC and see if cools down the trailer, flush the toilet and look for any gasket leak, run the water pump and faucets, etc.  Best wishes.

What A. Jim said. Price varies on geographical location and what the market will bare. We have a 2015 177se bought in 2015 used, as it had been slept in 2 nights, for $14,000 cash. Three years later I know we got a great deal. We love our 177 and have made our creature comfort improvements that work well. Good luck!!

I had issues with my trailer when I first bought it but it was all fixed under warranty. The manufacture puts a 1 year warranty on these trailers so good chance any major issues would already have been fixed by a dealer.
