My husband and I just purchased a Whitewater 177. We couldn’t be more thrilled. The dealer did not give us a good tour of the unit and I even had to ask for the appliance manuals. (they were under staffed) That said, I’m thrilled that I found this forum. I plan to learn from you all.
We had purchased a 13′ Scamp in January, 2017 and were extremely disappointed. The build wasn’t all that great and it was WAY TO SMALL for us. We sold it right away after returning from a 4,000 mile trip. We picked up a new, never titled 2015, 177 for the same amount of money. We feel like we are in heaven. So beautiful, roomy and so well appointed. (everything one could want)
We had no trouble on the ride home. Crazy, I know, but we have “camped” in the driveway for two nights now getting to know the unit. Now to read and learn as much as we can from you all before the real maiden voyage.
Thanks for letting us join your company.

Welcome to the forum. Lots of info here and if you don’t see it, just ask as someone may know. We also own a 2015 177se and have towed it over 11,000 miles in 10 states. Camping in the driveway is not a bad thing!! We do it on occasion because we can and also sleep in it when we have company. I hope that you enjoy your Retro to it’s fullest!!

Greetings from East Tennesseee.
Enjoy! – Retros attract a lot of attention at campgrounds.
That is an understatement. When I pull in, people try to give me time and room to setup, but their curiosity usually means me having to talk while setting up. The checkerboard floor is always the big hit.
