That is the one of the problems we had.  After peeling back the interior skin we replaced the backer board with pressure treated plywood.

Also make sure you check all four corners of the floor.  In the front we couldn’t see the holes until we took off the cover strip on the inside where the walls meet the floor then we could see daylight coming through.  The cover strip is easy the remove using a flat head screw driver.  It is held on with staples along the front.
