I wanted to investigate getting a part for my 177. Whitewater doesn’t provide a parts list for owners which I found aggravating. My Retro RV dealer is much further from me than many local dealers, and even they had a difficult time gathering part numbers and prices. I did get two helpful people at Whitewater who, though they wouldn’t give the information to me, did finally share it with a dealer. This all took just shy of two months.
I own so many things with parts lists, this seems an unnecessary inconvenience and impacts the joy of ownership.
